Craziest show ever! Bassnectar destroyed redrocks
That night was just remarkable. I’m proud to be a Basshead underneath your influence. Thanks for being an inspiration.
thats what its all about! giving back in response to what inspires you, inspiring others to do likewise
this show was the definition of EPIC. thank you for shaking the rocks and making us all BASSHEADSPr
I’m a wolf biologist that works in Yellowstone National Park but this was one of the most beautiful nights I have ever experienced. Your music and ideas reach the wildest places and light up this world in so many ways. See you at Shambhala!! If you need a Glow Stick Ambassador let me know, I’ll politely but firmly bring the pain.
Peace and love,
Bassnectar Yellowstone Fan Club
First off, killer show. Loved the Nirvana remix. Second, I brought a buddy to the show who has never seen bassnectar or been to Red Rocks. All he could say after the show was “I wasn’t at Woodstock, but it musta been something like this!” Needless to say Red Rocks and Bassnectar made a new fan last weekend
Red Rocks WOULD come right after Bonnaroo…instantly making me fiend for more Bassnectar. I guess that’s what being a basshead is all about! =P
guess so, BRAH!
I saw you for the first time at Bonnaroo and knew you were going to be spectacular, but even then you blew my expectations right out of the festival!! “I made this drop for a moment just like this…” soo inspiring! I’m sad I dont live anywhere near Red Rocks or I would have been out there for sure!! But I already bought tickets for your Gainesville show and your St. Pete show! October can’t come any sooner!!! Thanks for being the best at what you do…can’t wait to rage to your musical creations again!!!
Not only is there so much explosive, ethereal energy in the crowd, but I can’t even begin to imagine what it must feel like to orchestrate it on stage. Love everything but still infinitely jealous of your job Lorin
Thank you Lorin for standing up for your community. Red Rocks with you was the greatest experience of my life!!!! I never felt so alive
Rod Rocks was hands down the best concert of my life. Thank you!
man this was so so so sick. can’t wait for you to come back
man this was so so so sick. can't wait for you to come back
I feel like I really only was able to experience this 50%: even though my mind was there 100%, my body was 0%. It’s odd that of all times for me to come down with a flu it had to hit right on with my arrival to the venue, which was absolutely gorgeous and breathtaking. I’m starting to think its some sort of synchronicity, since I had been so intensely, eagerly anticipating this for so long. It’s magic. It’s life 🙂
I had a wonderful time working for you and though I managed to have a wave of relief for an hour or to to finish my shift, I was pretty much dead the rest of the time. I guess I just wish to express how much I feel a great bittersweetness because there were so many things I wish I could have done and experienced had I not been so physically weakened. It was lovely to say hi and have the amazing, surreal experience that was being an AmBASSador at Red Rocks.
Your music is so heavy these days I wonder when the crest will rise to its peak and begin to fall again. Its always a lovely journey for us to see where it goes. Hope you like your stickers! I’ll see ya in San Francisco.
AWW Jessica,Miss Choots…:) I was trying to take care of you at the show. I really thought you had altitude sickness. Even though i knew you were miserable i did see you in the later parts of Lorins set sitting in a chair near side stage and you were able to manage a smile. I felt so bad that you could not even climb the steps for family photos. I almost did not leave you. Luckily there were some nice places to lay down in the “green room”. Everyone felt so bad for you sweetie. You and your cute pirate outfit!! I hope i get to meet you again someday.
Such a lovely person. I hope you can come back and Rattle the Rocks with us again! I will sooo recognize you and be happy to see you. Rock on and Cheers!
come back to red rocks!!!!!
I had the wonderful opportunity to be an AmBASSador at this show. Next to having my baby it was one of the defining moments of my life. I am still talking about it and i cherish my badge ,shirt and autographed fan. Man we gave out thousands of those and the crowd loved them. Getting to meet you Lorin and getingt a hug was so awesome. I had a GREAT time engaging the Bassheads as they came through the gates and presenting them little tokens of fun to get them even more stoked it was incredible. After my shift i got in that crowd and raged so very hard my body was vibrating for days. I have turned on so many people to you over the last 10 years Lorin. And they all became huge fans right away. Now when i meet new people and they already know you and love what you do it really makes my heart happy. You & your music make a huge impact where ever you go. I will see you at Red Rocks again on June 1st 2013. We got our tickets yesterday and are ready to rock the Rocks with you again. BRING THE BASS! Peace and love!???
