Bassnectar - Bass Center VIII - Madison Square Garden NYCFriends, family, freaks, bass heads olde & new – we are proud to bring you Bass Center VIII @ Madison Square Garden, NYC – October 4th, 2014!

Bass Center is returning, this time to New York City’s legendary Madison Square Garden! It’s a ‘Come One, Come All’ special event, with people traveling from all corners, coming from miles around, road tripping, hitch hiking, sky diving, teleporting by any means necessary to gather under one roof for the 8th Bass Center: our largest, wildest, noisiest, and most beautiful to date…

We are bringing our full crew, every nut and bolt of our colossal sound rig, every pixel of custom-synced multimedia video & light art installation, and a stacked lineup to fire on all cylinders:

BASSNECTAR // BIG GIGANTIC
RUSKO // PAPER DIAMOND

This is an All Ages show.

Can I bring a mechanical e-cig? It doesn’t acknowledge anything about them. I just want to know if they won’t let me bring it in or make me get rid of it before I enter the ruckus.

    • MSG has posted a separate list of items that will not be allowed on their website, and e-cigs are one of them, unfortunately = here is the list of additional items not allowed according to MSG —

“-Glass containers of any kind-Cigarette packages, tampons, packs of gum, chapstick/lip gloss (EXCEPT if they are sealed)
      -Electronic or vapor cigarettes
-Flammable products or materials and sprays
      -Drug paraphernalia
      -Vitamins
      -Instruments
-Water guns, water balloons, and/or any other kind of water projectile
      -Glow sticks
-Any item that can be used as a means to disturb the peace, endanger the safety of the crowd, and/or inflict damage to people and goods”

is there an estimated time bassnectar is going on ? I’m bringing my son (young basshead) but can’t stay the whole show. Thanks

The led gloves that we were told we could bring caused us one hell of a time getting in.

  • Daniele Bourne

First I want to say that Basscenter 8 was probably the best show I have ever been to since i saw ziggy marley when i was 8 haha. Lorin SLAMMED on an absolutely NUNGO set! I did however have some difficulty finding the VIP entrance. Every security person/usher pointed me in a different direction and eventually I ended up inside the show sans goodie basket. The show alone was worth the VIP ticket but i was wondering if i could still get the poster/t-shirt sent to me. If too much of a problem no worries.

    Peace, Love, & Bass

    • dang, I’m so sorry that happened! we should be able to help you with that… check back for a response from Chris 🙂

Hi @sestaley13:disqus – could you send me an email direct at chris(at)bassnectar(dot)net?? Gracias 🙂

One of the worst nectar shows of the 40+ I’ve been too. Shitty fucking venue that I shouldn’t have flown across the country for nosebleeds that were pre/fan sale or whatever.
