Bassnectar has a security director to liaise with the venue’s in-house security so they know what to expect from a Bassnectar show. Bassnectar has “amBASSadors”, friends of Bassnectar, for each city that roam the room, give out water to attendees, and answer any questions. This is standard protocol for all Bassnectar events.

- Check and cash payments reimbursed with cash (or check if preferred) via the Santa Cruz Civic Box Office, or call (831) 420-5260 to request a check.
- Visa and Mastercard payments will be credited back to original card please come to the Civic Box Office or call SCTickets at (831) 420-5260 (as credit card numbers are not retained in our system). Discover card purchases call UCSC Ticket Office (831) 459-2159; Tues-Sat 12pm-4pm. Besides Discover card purchases, all refunds will be issued from the Civic Box Office during normal business hours: Tuesday through Friday from 11am-6pm and 10am-1:30pm on Saturdays. In addition, the Civic Box Office will remain open from 6pm-10pm on Thursday, May 3rd, 2012.
