sick wicked and nastaye
I’m realllly liking the track. Bassnectar, you just keep getting better 🙂
ooooo this is gonna be a goooood album….
Va Va Voom. Yo disciples of bassnectar, here is a preview of a Rabbi Gabe track inspired by this insane man.
Ed/Basscrew……Still haven’t received “guess the tour dates” prizes. Should I write a strongly worded letter to my local post office, or just be patient?
Yes yours was definitely mailed out, although you were registered with a different email address right? Anyway, drop me a line and we’ll track that sucker: ed (at) bassnectar [dot] net
I dunno bro… seems as though your path is toward the commercial. I wish there could be a release that mirrored the creativity and artistic equity of say… Underground Communication…. or even Cozza Frenzy. Still, respect to your work and what you have done, but I’m not feeling it anymore.
-Nostalgic Lorin Lover
NLL, The old stuff will always be classic, but have an open mind to the new sound. The new CD sounds like it will be fucking slammin. The times…they are a changin.
-Current Lorin Lover
no disrespect cuz you’re treating this issue much more cooly than most people but i’m getting so irritated with this
why would anyone complain about an artist’s changing style? what is that going to accomplish? you want him to suppress his artistic expression and just make the same style shit forever? i just dont understand what all the complainers are actually thinking when they complain. why would you want someone to inhibit their musical and artistic development? to suit your tastes? that’s not the point…you can make music to suit your tastes, but bassnectar makes music to suit his, and people like bassnectar’s taste, that’s why they will keep listening no matter what he puts out. if you like the old stuff…it isnt going anywhere.
“want my old sh*t, buy my old album”-jay z
i cant wait for the new cd to come out XD
For all the peeps that dont like how Lorin changes his style….i have to ask…have you ever gone to one of his shows?????!!? the entire show is original stuff basically. remixed versions of his new stuff BEAUTIFULLY mixed with older tracks, and other mixes. some parts of his shows go from the trans visual feel to the Grinding bass lines. if you want to see first hand all the faces of Bassnectar. from old to new? go to one of his shows. you wont be disappointed.
Change is inevitable, life is always changing and if we don’t change with the times we tend to resent them.
this song will either kill someone or impregnate them this year…bass island 2? i’ll be there…
