        • yup, they are good to go! bring ’em out!

  • GenericUnicornBombsTheBlocks

Previous nectar shows at the LC had security that were not allowing “glowsticks”. Unfortunately, led and other poi gear gets lumped in with that. But this year will be different and security will only shut down snap glow sticks only…

  • Matthew Montague

Will nectar be able to fit his entire stage and sound setup in the lc?

    • oh, that place will be set UP 😉 no worries there

    • someone31988

Nah, they’re just going go in there and wing it. 😉 😛

Kidding… Of course it will. They have this shit figured out before they even making the booking official.

    • Chris Basscrew

When’s Bassnectar going to announce tour dates past November?

    • Chris Basscrew

Keep it locked! More announcements to come…

    • November is when fall tour ends so there are no more tour dates to announce after that. spring tour dates usually come out sometime after fall tour has already ended. hope that helps

      • Aaronzilla

        Thank you Colleen!

Anyone know the deal was with security last night? My friend got battered and then tossed for having nicotine lozenges.

I had fun! Bassnectar was great as always. I was a little disappointed in the venue though. The set up was awesome…but the staff was a little rude (which can be understandable in some cases I suppose because it was a large crowd and you get a variety of different personalities) however..I ordered the same exact drink…the same exact amount…from the same bar..and was charged two different prices. I’m a good tipper so I was bummed and confused about that. Also, I was questioned about my light up bra and was almost not allowed in there until I told them that the site said it was allowed…and they were like “oh ok”… I would also suggest that alcohol not be allowed in the pit, because the floor was covered with booze and cups. The main advice I would give is to make sure the rules are thoroughly put out there not only on the site but before coming in. I seen a lot of people who waited in line for a while who had to go all the way back to there car to put something away that was not allowed, etc. Despite the downfalls, I had so much fun!

    • dang, im sorry about the inconsistencies = whenever we post items that are allowed, we’ve already made sure that the venue agrees to those terms, so if certain items that we’ve said are allowed in end up being denied at the door then it’s almost always a case of the person at the door/security being misinformed. regarding some of your other concerns, i.e. rude staff and inconsistent prices for drinks, that might be something you’d want to complain directly to the venue about, since we have no control over that. so sorry about the confusion anyway, but thanks for staying positive 🙂 glad you had a blast!

      • Jane Doe

        Thanks for the reply! 🙂
