October 28th, 2015

Bassnectar @ Decadence 2015Looking ahead, my plan for 2016 is to take a long, deep break after our NYE360 extravaganza, and go off-the-grid into the studio to work on new music!

We are planning some insanely magical special events for next Summer, so there will not be a Spring Road Tour, HOWEVER I will be playing a very select handful of special boutique festivals: the first to announce is the Euphoria Festival in Austin – we are headlining Saturday April 9th, playing unopposed at full blast!

Ticket are on sale now! For more info visit www.euphoriafest.com or click below for tickets.

You deserve it bro. The world seems to turn slower in winter doesn’t it? Best time of the year to get cozy with loved ones and have warmed spiced teas, soup and red wine. 🙂
Embrace that cold to enjoy and appreciate the heat of spring and summer.
Rain dancing (now) to Nectar, for a good snowpack this Fall and Winter.

Perfect weather that time of the year… Hopefully a light drizzle to cool us off while rocking it with you.
Everything vegetal begin to awaken from their long chilled slumber in March-April, germinate and start their life cycles anew.
    Blessings and Bass-ings.
    One love.

I will be attending your show on NYE in Birmingham, AL. I have a huge favor to ask…

First let me give u a little background. I have been following you and your music for 9 years. And while I was at one of your shows in Indianapolis, IN at the Vogue in 2010, I met the most beautiful soul I have ever known. From that day forward, Ashley and I have been inseparable. Our mutual passion, love, and enjoyment of your music is what brought us together. Every chance we get, we go to one of your shows, whether it be at summer camp, camp bisco, red rocks, or going to St. Louis to celebrate our anniversary a couple shears in a row. So this year we will be attending the NYE show as I mentioned before, and I plan to ask my amazing girlfriend to marry me at the show.
This is where the huge favor comes in. I was hoping you would be able to assist me in asking her to marry me. I understand if you can’t or don’t want to. But she means the world to me, and I know just how much you and your music has meant to both her and I over the years of our relationship. I just can’t think of a better way than to ask her while we are seeing our favorite artist perform, just like when we first started dating. I want to make the night the most memorable in her life. I know she would be blown away if you had any involvement. I would be forever in your debt.
Please let me know if this is something that you would be willing to do. I would be so grateful and I know she would be surprised and amazed and be an amazing memory. Please contact me and let me know either way if you can. I know you are super busy. I thank you in advance. I’m thankful I have even been able to enjoy your music for so long, so even if you can’t help me out, I’m still grateful for all that you have given to me and her, and all your fans who adore u so much.
    One Love,

  9. Spencer Poryles says:

@ChrisBasscrew:disqus will single day passes be available for this?

    • Chris Basscrew says:

Doesn’t appear to be an option at the moment, but you should reach out to the festival direct and see what their plans are with this.
