Are floor tickets sold out? For some reason it’s not letting me purchase them :((

    • Chris Basscrew says:

Yes floor tix have been sold out for a little while now – your best bet is to snag GA Stands so you don’t miss out!! See you soon πŸ™‚

  3. Gshred77 says:

If you have floor access will you be getting a bassnectar wristband?

    • Chris Basscrew says:

Checking on this, but traditionally a wristband is what distinguishes those who have floor access from those who do not.

      • abby says:

did we get any feedback on this yet? I received my floor tickets in the mail yesterday but no wristbands. Do you mean traditionally non floor ticket holders usually get wristbands? Thanks!!!

  4. Josh Sinclair says:

What company is doing the VIP package ?

  5. Cody Donaldson says:

If we ordered floor tickets how do we get wrist bans? Are they mailed to us with the tickets? Or do we get them at the door?

  6. Ryan Laur says:

So for those of you who attended the last NYE event, what time did you arrive to the BJCC to wait in line? I remember getting there early last year but I don’t remember what time, and I want to catch the entire show from the moment it starts.

  7. Nectar24 says:

Is this likely to seek out soon? I have a few friends that will be able to buy tickets within the next week.

  8. brittany howell says:

does anyone know if backpacks, kavu bags, or camel backs can be brought in????

  9. John Franklin says:

I see that hoops are on the prohibited items list. They were on the prohibited items list in Atlanta earlier this year as well but that was quickly changed. Is it a venue specific rule that says no hoops? or is it going to be changed in a few days like Atlanta?

  10. brittany howell says:

So how’s the sercurity in this place? Are u able to have a good time without having to worry? #goodvibes

  11. Nicholas Charrier says:

So I haven’t received my floor ticket by email yet. When should I expect to have it? It says no later than 27th on the email. But I just want to see if anyone has gotten theirs yet?

    What time will this end?

  13. Jeff Kaplan says:

Guys does a GOPRO count as a professional camera?

    • Chris Basscrew says:

      It doesn’t usually

      • David Mosseri says:

Thanks for the reply Chris. Happy to read this but wish crew could be 100% certain. Just got an email a few hours ago from BJCC on behalf of ticketmaster and the first prohibited item listed is “Any professional cameras, any video, and/or any audio equipment which include GoPro Cameras”

        • Chris Basscrew says:

It varies venue to venue – and whether or not they are professional is debatable. If the venue says it’s a no go, then I wouldn’t bring it.

        • Joel Munoz III says:

i read that as they aren’t allowing any video cameras in. Professional cameras…..any video…..

  14. Jeni Lacko says:

Anyone know someone selling floor tix? I had to cancel my trip to WI for snails/datsik/borgore for New Years due to weather and I’m hunting for some.

So does anyone know when and where Will Call will take place? My presale Frontgate tickets were lost in the mail and they told me that they are switched to Will Call and will need to pick them up. Not sure if this can be done at the same place I get my floor wristband? Trying to make Saturday as easy as possible…

  18. Nick says:

Is a GoPro considered a professional camera?

  19. Ryan Haupt says:

Hello!! So I got the VIP package and have the receipt to prove my purchase, but have not received any follow-up emails or information about VIP. I also need to get my tickets from Will Call tomorrow and am in Birmingham now, but have not heard anything about when or where Will Call is/will take place. Please help!

    • Jeff burch says:

Same boat here, my ticket’s sent through front gate presale were lost in the mail so they emailed me saying I will need to go to will call. This was 2 weeks ago and have yet to get any response from anywhere as to where will call will take place. This is becoming very annoying since it is something that seems like it should be clearly posted…

    • Chris Basscrew says:

Hi @disqus_cUNsb4RQZz:disqus! You should’ve received an update email by now – have you checked your spam folder?

You should be checking into the hotel – email me at chris(at)bassnectar(dot)net with your info and I can help πŸ™‚

  20. Jeff Burch says:

WHERE IS WILL CALL!?!? Why has no one been able tp provide an actual answer to this question? I’ve asked across all realms of media and not a single person seems to have any idea. I’m really not trying to run around this place Saturday without any idea of where I’m going. Any help would be very much appreciated.
